Our location on the Penryn River is an ideal access point on which to get onto the water.
We are just 1 1/2 miles west of Falmouth Docks, and the beautiful Carrick Roads for easy access to the open sea, or to explore the many sheltered rivers and creeks.
We offer half tide moorings which are afloat on neap tides, and dry onto soft mud for up to 2 hours either side of low water on springs.
On the shore we have car parking, tender parking and hardstanding for boats up to 30ft.
We can also offer a beach berths, a convenient way to get a few jobs done, over a few days during the season, or for a longer term.
Moorings
Half tidal summer moorings are available from 1st April through to 15th October at £26.00 per ft (minimum 20ft) which includes car and tender parking.
Weekly moorings are from £2.50 per ft per week
Laying up
Winter laying up October to March / Summer laying up April to September (minimum 18ft)
Beaching £15.00 per ft
Hardstanding £22.00 per ft

Tender parking
only
£160 per summer season which includes one car parking space, or,
£220 for a full 12 months
Trailer parking
£100 per six months or £9.00 per week

Electricity is charged at £5 per day, water is included
Pressure Washer
High pressure pressure washer hire at £30 per 2 hours
