Welcome to Trevissome House and Marine

Trevissome House and marine (on the right in the above photo) is an old south facing Georgian Country House, once owned by Captain Dowman, owner of the Cutty Sark.

Standing in Its own peaceful grounds of four acres, sloping down to our water frontage, you can relax and admire the view watching the boats go by. It is only three miles by road from the good shopping centre and beaches of Falmouth and one mile by boat from our private slipway. You can walk the half mile of beautiful estuary path past Sailors Creek, to the pretty village of Flushing (reputedly the warmest place in Britain) and go across to Falmouth on the Ferry.

Our private waterfront provides excellent access to the river, where we offer boat-parking, slipway and moorings. Though semi tidal, we only lose water for up to two hours either side of spring low tides.

The house accommodation consists of three fully equipped self-catering holiday flats with one and two bedrooms and have their own private shower and toilet.

Moorings and use of slipway is available to our guests.
