Our flats offer an ideal base from which to discover Cornwall.

We offer affordable riverside accommodation in a lovely grade II listed Georgian Mansion.

On your arrival you will receive a warm welcome and your flat will contain tea, coffee and fresh milk together with fresh flowers to help you settle in.

As resident proprietors we are always at hand should you require any assistance during your stay.

We are always here to advise on the local amenities or indeed help you arrange local activities.

You can leave from here on foot directly onto the South Cornwall coastal path, or by boat, launching from our private slipway onto the Penryn river, you can explore Carrick Roads and the miles of creeks and sheltered waters or leave the harbour for the open sea

Using your car, the vast variety of the Cornish Coastline is all within easy reach - there are many coves, beaches, towns and villages for you to appreciate; or visit the many beautiful private and National Trust houses and gardens open to the public including the Eden Project. Other interesting attractions include Poldark Mine, Flambards Triple Theme Park, Gweek Seal Santuary and Paradise Bird Park.
